Benjamin Krall is Founder and Managing Partner of American Gridwork Partners and brings more than 15 years of experience across industrial construction, entrepreneurship, investing, and operational leadership.
Benjamin is the Founder of Urban Umbrella, a construction safety and infrastructure company he launched in 2016 that transformed the look and safety of sidewalk protection in New York City. Under his leadership, Urban Umbrella expanded to 18 cities across the U.S. and Canada, serving clients including Apple, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Prada.
Prior to AGP, Benjamin built a successful investment career at Compound Ventures, an early-stage technology fund with over 100 investments across Palo Alto, Tel Aviv, and New York, and managed investments for a family office focused on acquiring family-owned energy businesses.
Benjamin began his career as an attorney and also has experience in sports law and scouting for the NHL.
Grant E. Stark is a Partner at American Gridwork Partners and brings more than 20 years of experience in capital allocation, investment diligence, operations, and public policy.
Grant is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has spent his career investing across public and private markets, with deep experience in infrastructure, energy, technology, transportation, and industrial manufacturing. He previously served as a Partner at CapWealth Group, where he managed public and private investments across $1.6 billion of discretionary assets under management and deployed nearly $400 million into strategic investments tied to grid modernization, energy infrastructure, and the GenAI revolution.
Grant also co-founded VMAC Holdings, a national transportation-as-a-service fleet owner that successfully exited to one of New York's largest private taxi portfolios. As Chief Operating Officer, he helped scale the company alongside Via Transportation, which later completed its IPO in 2025.
Earlier in his career, Grant worked as an Investment Research Analyst at Fairholme Capital Management, a multi-billion-dollar investment firm, where he executed investment strategy across deep value, distressed, and special situation securities.
At AGP, Grant supports acquisition diligence, capital allocation, regional operating strategy, and portfolio company growth, with a focus on helping family-owned infrastructure businesses scale with discipline.
George Tilghman serves as Partner and Portfolio CFO of American Gridwork Partners, leading financial strategy, capital structure, and portfolio company finance across the AGP platform.
Prior to joining American Gridwork Partners, he worked at Barclays in Investment Banking, where he covered Technology, Media, and Telecom and advised on transactions with aggregate value exceeding $30 billion.
George also held roles at Boxwood Partners, Brown Brothers Harriman, Astrotech Corporation, and Grafton Asset Management. His background spans investment banking, private investing, business development, and capital formation. At AGP, George helps expand the firm's strategic network, support acquisition activity, strengthen capital relationships, and identify opportunities that can accelerate growth across the operating platform. George holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.A. from Trinity College.
Graham Reinhard serves as Operations Partner and Portfolio COO of American Gridwork Partners, overseeing operating model implementation, integration execution, and post-close performance across portfolio companies.
Prior to joining American Gridwork Partners, he served as Senior Vice President at Elion Partners, where he focused on investment strategy and portfolio growth. Earlier in his career, Graham worked as an Associate Portfolio Manager at Longfellow Real Estate Partners and began his career at Credit Suisse in Investment Banking, advising on merger arbitrage and special situations across the capital structure.
At AGP, Graham supports business development, acquisition sourcing, relationship development, and portfolio growth initiatives across the grid infrastructure ecosystem. Graham holds a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
Spencer Beattie serves as Director of Operations for American Gridwork Partners' Southeast region, where he supports portfolio company execution, business development, post-acquisition integration, and operational growth.
Spencer brings more than 10 years of experience across civil engineering, construction operations, field execution, and business development. He has spent his career helping infrastructure and construction services businesses improve operational performance, strengthen execution, and scale effectively.
Prior to AGP, Spencer was an early employee at Urban Umbrella and later served as Director of Operations and Business Development, where he supported field operations, customer development, and expansion initiatives. He is also an entrepreneur, having owned and operated a construction services business in Vermont.
At AGP, Spencer works closely with founder-operators and management teams across the Southeast to support integration, growth planning, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.
Spencer holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont, with additional academic focus in Business Administration and Mathematics.
Aram Muradyan serves as General Counsel of American Gridwork Partners, where he leads legal strategy across acquisitions, governance, regulatory matters, financing, and portfolio company support.
Aram brings extensive experience across M&A, corporate transactions, public finance, taxation, and complex legal structuring. At AGP, he partners closely with the investment and operating teams throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including diligence, negotiation, signing, closing, and post-close integration.
Prior to AGP, Aram began his legal career as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York City, where he advised public and private corporate clients on credit facilities and financing arrangements. He later joined the Tax Department at Hawkins, Delafield & Woods LLP, where he focused on public finance and taxation matters.
Aram earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received a certificate of study in Business Economics and Public Policy from the Wharton School. He also earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Prior to law school, Aram earned a B.S., magna cum laude, in Computer Science and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University.
Mike Robinson serves as Director of Business Development for American Gridwork Partners, where he leads origination, relationship development, and growth initiatives across the AGP platform.
Mike brings more than 10 years of experience in construction sales, market development, and customer relationship management. He has built a strong network across Middle Tennessee and the broader Southeast, with deep experience identifying strategic opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and supporting growth in infrastructure and construction services markets.
Prior to AGP, Mike spent more than a decade with BrandSafway, where he supported business development and commercial growth across the construction and industrial services sectors.
At AGP, Mike works closely with founder-operators, industry partners, and regional business leaders to identify new opportunities, expand AGP's presence across the Southeast, and support long-term platform growth.
Matt Daugherty leads AGP's fiber-optic acquisitions out of the Virginia Beach office. A Virginia native, Matt has experience as a Business Development Manager for kSARIA Service Corporation, a leading manufacturer and installation company specializing in mission-critical aerospace and defense connectivity solutions.
With over 17 years of experience in operations, program, and project management, Matt has worked extensively with Surface Navy and Submarine systems — developing expertise in government contracting, defense technology integration, and strategic operations.
Prior to AGP, Matt served as Program Manager at kSARIA and Operations Director at Solvere Technical Group, overseeing high-level defense sector initiatives. kSARIA installs C5ISR systems across the U.S. Navy fleet, supporting critical defense operations.
At AGP, Matt drives sourcing, diligence, and execution across the fiber-optic and data infrastructure portfolio, working closely with founder-operators to scale regional networks into institutional-grade platforms.
